Experience
Prior to founding LANCASTER | HELLING, Chris served as General Counsel & Chief Privacy Officer for AIM Technologies, Inc., where he was responsible for all of the company’s legal affairs. Prior to AIM, Chris was with the Dallas, Texas law firm of Touchstone, Bernays, Johnston, Beall & Smith, L.L.P. where he was elected Partner in 1999.
Education & Admissions
Chris holds a J.D. from Southern Methodist University and a B.A in Economics from Stanford University. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, the Travis County Bar Association, and is a Founding Fellow of the Austin Bar Foundation and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Texas.
Activities & Awards
Chris currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the Austin Humane Society. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Stanford Alumni Association of Austin, Texas.
